Conferences and seminars must run smoothly, and at the Hunters Quay we achieve this through careful planning and preparation.

Our ‘Green Room’ can accommodate up to 20 delegates for a peaceful and private meeting, and we can provide or arrange for most conference equipment and facilities required. Wifi broadband throughout the hotel is at no extra charge.

Refreshments and luncheons can be served separately, or buffet style during the meeting. Prices vary depending on individual requirements and accommodation is available if needed.

Conference & Functions

Daily hire price of £100.00 per day, or £50.00 for a half day hire. Prices are for up to 12 delegates, a nominal charge would be applied for additional delegates.
