Any booking for 3 to 5 rooms cancelled within one week notice, or any booking for 6 rooms and above within 10 days notice prior to arrival will be liable for the full length of confirmed stay. No shows will incur the cost of the full length of confirmed stay. We recommend that you take out a travelling cancellation insurance.
Check in time is from 2pm, or earlier by arrangement. Guests arriving after 9pm are asked to advise reception of time of arrival. We do not have a lift. Check out time is 11am.

In accordance with Scottish law, the whole hotel is dedicated non-smoking. We will levy a deep cleaning charge of £50.00 should any room be smoked in.
Wireless WiFi broadband is available throughout the hotel, for connection to guests own laptops, at no charge to guests. Intergated LCD digital freeview televisions in all bedrooms.
Special rates are available for children. Extra bed can be arranged with supplement.
We may accept dogs by prior arrangement.
A credit/debit card is required for security for confirmation of all bookings.

Short-break prices are per room double-occupancy and include full Scottish breakfast and our candle-lit course gourmet dinner with coffee/tea, on the basis of 2 persons for 2 or 3 days. Please inquire if these special rates our available for your chosen period.
Hunters Quay Hotel
We are proud to offer our guests a candle-lit gourmet dinner, changed every evening and set in our restaurant overlooking the Firth of Clyde: a 3 course multiple choice menu at £25 ( also available 2 course menu at £20, childrens’ menu at £15) changed daily, beverages not included).
A wide variety of carefully considered wines can be chosen from our “Carte des Vins” at reasonable prices. To finish the evening, a free coffee or tea awaits you by the fireplace of our cosy lounge and fully licensed Bar.
Upon booking, we kindly request a 20% non refundable deposit of the total length of the stay.
Prices are per night with a full Scottish Breakfast and include VAT at the current rate.
