Conferences and seminars must run smoothly, and at the Hunters Quay we achieve this through careful planning and preparation. Our 'Green Room' can accommodate up to 20 delegates for a peaceful and private meeting, and we can provide or hire most conference equipment. Wifi broadband throughout the hotel at no extra charge. Refreshments and luncheons can be served separately, or buffet style during the meeting. Prices vary depending on individual requirements and accommodation is available if needed.

Special Occasions

Weddings: We specialise in small, intimate weddings, and ensure a unique and memorable experience for each couple and their families. From the two of you to a fully exclusive wedding of 25 guests the day is planned individually, and tailored to your own specific ideas. Exclusive use of the hotel is popular, and guarantees that the bride, groom and guests have the wedding day they dream of. We are more than happy to assist with arrangements from pipers to photographers, fireworks to florists. Nothing is too much trouble on a wedding day, and the grandeur of the building, seaside location and our mature gardens, makes for an ideal setting for those all important photographs.

Family celebrations: Anniversaries, Christenings and house parties are all great successes, and from our point of view, nothing is too much trouble. Special celebrations work well at the Hunters Quay, tailor made to suit individual guests ideas and planned down to the last napkin. We offer sample menus and suggest suitable wines, and can arrange appropriate flowers and table decorations should the occasion demand.

For You and Yours: Booking the whole hotel is a fabulous way of ensuring that you and yours receive the best that the Hunters Quay has to offer exclusive to you. You will have our undivided attention, and can really revel in that 'country house party' atmosphere. We offer a very special Hogmanay package, and include all the very best bits of a Scottish New Year celebration. A variety of local activities can be arranged, golf, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, and for the less energetic, a visit to our beautiful botanical gardens or a leisurely walk.
