All our bedrooms are non-smoking, as from the 26th of March 2006 the whole hotel is non-smoking.

A deposit of £25.00 per person is required for confirmation of bookings. Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. In the event of cancellation, deposits may be refunded at the owners discretion, dependant on the circumstances and length of notice. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. No shows will incur the cost of the first nights stay.

Check in time is from 2pm, or earlier by arrangement. Guests arriving after 9pm are asked to advise reception of time of arrival. We do not have a lift. Check out time is 11am.
